Arranging a session
We can have a short (free) call to talk about why you want to start therapy now & what your aims might be. I can answer any questions you may have. Hopefully we will get a sense of how we might work together. Then we organise a first session. There is no commitment at this point. Sessions last for usually 50mins, at an agreed, regular time each week so that our work is consistent.
